重慶昌輝文化傳播股份有限公司(以下簡稱昌輝股份)是由重慶旅游資產管理有限公司和昌榮集團于2011年共同創辦,共設重慶、北京兩大中心,擁有兩百多名海內、外專業人才,是一家具有國際水準,同時又深耕本土的旅游發展全程服務機構。

Chongqing Changhui Culture Communication Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Changhui Shares) was established by Chongqing Tourism Assets Management Co. Ltd., and Charm Media Inc. in 2011. Changhui has two centers in both Chongqing and Beijing, with nearly 200 talented people from both domestic and abroad. Currently, Changhui can provide the tourism full-scale services with the international standard and strong know-how of the local market.

二、旅游產業供應鏈金融

昌輝股份基于現代服務業的“金融+實業”模式正在落地,致力于發展商旅文體多產融合的供應鏈金融,具體體現在以下三個方面:一是星耀基金,基金規模1億元,負責項目研發、解決項目庫等問題,基金以項目股權為紐帶集結全國文創、互聯網技術和團隊,昌輝股份是其基金管理人;二是渝富集團發起成立中新基金(包括面向政府的PPP基金和市場化的旅游專項基金),其中旅游專項基金200億元,昌輝股份是其雙GP基金管理人。通過渝富集團和主板殼資源進行的資產置換(包括金融資產和文化旅游實業資產),來實施區縣項目的資產證券化,二級市場保障國有出資人的增值回報和機構投資者的溢價退出,為重慶文化旅游行業打造出第一個主板上市公司。

2. Tourism Industry Supply Chain Finance

四、數據系統

目前針對景區、目的地等旅游資源和旅游文創運營類平臺公司的評估,主要還是在會計事務所的常規參數假設條件下進行,往往對未來的收益和風險預估不足,評估數據不夠科學。昌輝公司基于旅游的研發、投資和運營等業務模型搭建系統、開發數據,從項目的資源分析、市場分析、競品分析著手,到商業計劃和財務測算,到運營模式和團隊的組建,成為遴選、盡調、決策、投后管理的業務輔助系統,與GP對項目的投前投后管理形成互補。

公司于2016年3月1日新三板掛牌(昌輝股份835925),6月被重慶市金融辦明確為上市重點企業。目前公司客戶近百個,遍布重慶各區縣和四川等周邊省份,確立了公司在西南地區旅游發展全程服務領域的市場優勢,樹立了良好的品牌形象。公司下屬重慶旅游營銷中心、重慶兩岸文化創意產業研究所、臺北中華游局、星耀輝騰股權投資基金管理公司等。

4. Date System
